ABOUT SPEAKER:
Baidya Nath Mukherjee (Assistant Professor) at School of Law, Auro University:
Baidya Nath Mukherjee is currently an Assistant Professor at School of Law, Auro University. He is also a distinguished member of the International Council of Jurist, London since 2018.
He earned his LLM with specialization in Business Laws from Amity University and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. from Christ (Deemed to be University). His area of research is Human Rights and Police Reforms.
Prior to joining Auro, he held previous academic positions at Noida International University, Greater Noida and Christ (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR Campus. Before joining academics, he practiced before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and Patiala House District Court, New Delhi.
He has also authored several Articles and Book Chapters in International and National indexed journals including Journal of Liberty and International Affairs, Journal of Pharmaceutical Negative Results, Taylor and Francis, to name a few.
He is also serving as Honorary Member in the Editorial Board of Abhidhvaj Law Journal, Lucknow and reviewer at Asian Journal of International Peace and Security.
